Description
A quick, protein-packed chocolate mug cake made with cottage cheese. Perfect for breakfast or dessert in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
3 tbsp cottage cheese (blended)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp oat flour
1 egg or 1/2 mashed banana
Optional: pinch of baking powder, chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Blend or mix cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in cocoa powder, syrup, flour, and egg until fully combined.
3. Pour into a microwave-safe mug.
4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
5. Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
Start with 60 seconds microwave time; increase in 10-sec bursts.
For molten center, press a piece of chocolate into the center before microwaving.
For egg-free, use mashed banana or flax egg.
