Description

A low-carb, high-protein cloud bread breakfast sandwich that’s fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for mornings.

Ingredients

Scale

3 large eggs, separated

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

3 tbsp low-fat cream cheese

1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and yolks until smooth.

Add Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder to yolk mix.

Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture without deflating.

Spoon 1/4 cup portions onto baking sheets into 4” rounds.

Bake 15–18 minutes on convect (or 25–30 min conventional oven).

Cool, then use as sandwich “bread.”

Notes

Best texture if eaten within 12 hours. Store in airtight container.

Freeze with parchment layers if prepping ahead.
