Description

These cereal de pancakes are light, fluffy, and full of cinnamon cereal crunch. Perfect for busy mornings, brunches, or back-to-school fuel.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

1 cup warm Real California Milk

2 tbsp melted butter

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup cinnamon-sugar cereal, roughly crushed

Instructions

1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

2. Warm milk and whisk in melted butter, egg, and vanilla.

3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently. Batter should remain lumpy.

4. Fold in crushed cereal. Let batter rest for 5–10 minutes.

5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

6. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set. Flip and cook 1–2 more minutes.

7. Serve hot with toppings like berries, yogurt, or syrup.

Notes

Don’t overmix your batter. Lumps = fluffier pancakes.

Let the batter rest, but not more than 10 minutes.

Use crushed cereal for texture, not powder.

Freeze leftovers and reheat in a toaster.
